General Information and Conditions of Entry
• All competitors must be members of the ABCRA. If you aren’t an ABCRA member you must purchase a Day Permit from the secretary’s office prior to competing. Fees for the day permit are $45.00 adult and $20.00 Child under 18 years. Full ABCRA memberships cannot be sold by the committee. Full membership to ABCRA can be done online through iCompete.
• All Challenge competitors must be members of the Australian Stockman’s Challenge Association. ASCA membership costs-
• Campdrafts will be run under ABCRA rules and regulations.
• Challenge events will be run under ASCA rules and regulations.

• Competitors are not required to enter both the Stockman’s Challenge and the Campdraft. You can enter either or both as you wish.
• The Committee reserves the right to refuse any nomination for an event and alter any part of the program without notice.

• A limited number of stables are available free of charge on a first in first served basis. Person’s using the stalls are required to rake them out prior to departure.
• Competitors are asked to keep the size of their camping area to a minimum. The committee may ask competitors to shorten up yard sizes so as more trucks can fit onto the grounds.
• Any competitor under 18 years of age must wear an approved helmet at all times.
• All Encouragement riders must wear a helmet at all times.
• This Committee is not registered for GST and therefore GST is not included in the nomination fee or prize money.
• The Committee does not accept any liability for accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.
• The Committee reserves the right to change the program without notice.
• Any dispute lodged must be accompanied by a fee of $50. If the dispute is upheld the fee will be refunded. Otherwise, it will be retained by the Challenge Committee. All disputes submitted must be lodged within fifteen (15) minutes of the completion of that section (e.g. dry work or cattle work in that age group) of the event on which the disputable matter has arisen. The Committee will have the power to disqualify any competitor on the grounds of non-punctuality and/or general misbehaviour.

Please note that due to a change in our insurance all competitors must be members of the ABCRA even if you are only competing in the challenge events. If you are not an ABCRA member a day memberships can be purchased from the secretary's office on the weekend. The cost of the day membership is $45 for adults and $20 for children under 18 years. One day membership is valid for the 4 days of the event.

Dry Work Patterns
The Preliminary Round Pattern will be for the preliminary round for the Open, Classic (Under 5), Derby, Rookie, Encouragement and Juvenile events, as well as the Rookie Final. Only the Open and Classic (Under 5) Challenge Finals will use the Final Round Pattern.
